We ship our products from the Netherlands.

All our orders are send with DHL Track&Trace.
Orders usually take between 3-7 business days.
Our business days are Monday to Friday.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we do offer express shipping as an option.
Express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days.
Express shipping costs are displayed before the final checkout page.
Can I redirect my orders to a different shipping address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders to a different address once they have been placed.
Can you deliver to a PO box?
We are currently unable to ship to PO Box and APO addresses.

We are so confident that you'll love our products, that we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you return the products in time, we'll make sure to refund your order as soon as possible.
How to: Returns/ Exchange
Please send us an email at info@ankekemp.com with the details of the items you wish to return/ exchange and we will send you the instructions together with the return address details.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Returns are at your own expense & shipping charges are not refundable.
If you are requesting an exchange please list the item(s) and sizes you are requesting.
If it is an even exchange and we are in stock we will prepare your new items for shipment upon the return of your original order.
