Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders to a different address once they have been shipped.

We are currently unable to ship to PO Box and APO addresses.

Occasionally couriers will require additional information such as a passport copy, or an updated contact number before they can make a delivery.

Please respond to a courier as soon as possible, to avoid your order being returned back to us. Please note that we cannot reship orders that have been returned to our warehouse. If your order is returned to us, please let us know so we can make sure your refund is processed accordingly.


We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in shopping online, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products. You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of your purchase. does not cover your return cost. Returning your product is at your own expense.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
